Access

The building is accessible for people with disabilities. Should you have any special needs, please mention it to our receptionists who will be pleased to offer any help or advice.

Help us to help you

You will be treated as an individual and will be given courtesy and respect at all times, irrespective of your ethnic origin, religious belief, personal attributes or the nature of your health problems. In return we ask you to appreciate that we are all trying to satisfy the needs of all our patients and would appreciate your co-operation. Medical staff will advise you of the treatment they think appropriate which you may discuss if you wish. Please ask us if you are unsure of anything. No care or treatment will be given without your informed consent.

Medical Students

We are committed to training Doctors and Nurses of the future and on occasions the Doctor or Nurse may be accompanied by students. If you would prefer not to see them please let the Doctor know.

Complaints

We welcome suggestions and comments that will help us to provide you with the best service. If you would like to discuss any matter relating to the service you have received, please ask to speak to Mr. Nicholas Christou, Practice Manager. Alternatively, you may wish to discuss the matter with the doctor. If so, please write to Dr. Critchley who will be pleased to make arrangements to discuss this with you. Please also see our complaints leaflet which sets out our procedure in more detail.
